The Culture War Side of Gas Stoves

I think the indoor air pollution risks here are kind of overblown, especially if you got a modern stove that doesn't have a pilot light. You know, it has more complete combustion than something from, you know, 1970. I'm not going to take on this right now is I'm turning all of my gas stove, like burners on.
