"I do agree the way this was communicated is fucking terrible," she says. "It seems like the company like, what are you passing the buck to the customer?" She's fine with customers willing to pay a bit more if it means they can offset their own carbon dioxide emissions. But on the flip side, some companies will have to implement huge assing in order for them to make any money at all.
