The Perennial Cauliflower

Rycardia picroidis is a wild plant from the astor family. The leaves don't get tough or bitter, which is rare for a lot of plants. You can make a salad bas out of ricardia, and it will be delicious. Perennial cauliflower produces more than any brockley variety i've ever grown.
