The Most Important and Difficult to Gain Skill of Learning

The most important and difficult to gain skill of learning is not item formulation or anything like this. It's identifying what is worth learning and remembering. If that was made clear, then so much other stuff would clear away. But just to touch on a point you made there, which is that I've probably forgotten what it's like to learn without it. And that's definitely true.
