Pseudocists in Crying Pankertitis

Pseudocist is more common in crying panker titis patients. It can't occur after a patient who has had a single episode of cutepankertitis. In these cases, resection or drainage are unlikely to help. So essentially a bilateral thorc scopic splandenectome.
