A 78 year old male has chronic kidney disease in c o p d, and they present with unilateral lower extremity cellulitis. They're very tender on palpation, their ademitus and arithemitus. Their white blood cell count is 26 and their sodiums a hundred and 30. What you want to do? I was hoping that you'd asked doctor adler this one first, because this is, this is a particularly tough case in my mind. And when you have a patient who is quite morbid and and probably has chronicl or extremity swelling, even the cut down, which is my usual go to, may cause a chronic wound difficulty for this ent.
