The Centipride and Humility
Pride is excessive belief in one's own abilities, that it interferes with recognition of the grace of God. It has been called the sin from which all others arise. The root of pride is found to consist in man not being in some way subject to God and his rule. Pride is a commitment to be good, a commitment to morality,. A commitment to live the best life one can live. This is the key to everything, according to Christianity.
