The Nature of Siber War

I don't feel like that connection got made for people. What is the gap between, oh, there was a hack and, oh, this is actually a type of warfare engagement? I think it was kind of a, i don't no, partly disorganization and negligence. That should have been unacceptable from the very beginning. These are the kind of quinessential acts of state sponsored siber attacks on ukraine turning out across U.S., you know. It took eight months to finally say, not that it was russia, it was the worst siber attack in history....
