i think a lot of this come starts with like mind set, which i'm very woooo person. There's research that shows what makes people fulfilled in a job is being able to have autonomy over their task and clear feedback. But 90 % of people don't ask about that kind of stuff in an interview,. So they go and find a new job. They hear the salary or the job title, und they're like, want that. And then they're not engaged because they're not getting clear feedback. I would rather do the work to figure out, ok, where is it that i want to drive my career, and how can i pro actively make the moves to get there?
