How to win traditionally is talking about your competitive advantage. What are the things that you do better than any other organization in order to serve your client better? So here's why I want to draw an example from the kids' health phone. It's so clear what they do and they've been doing it for years and do it really well. And second, I think they're phenomenally efficient for delivering such a one-to-one experience to youth. Their competitive advantage over all the organization is their brand.
