What Is Ama and Where Does It Come From?
Ama is a pretty weird thing. It's kind of ephemeral because it exists in customers, in boxes, not anywhere in your own, you know, system. So oftentimes i think that it gets sort of buried inside of companies um and that that's shame,. I really think there's so much opportunity inside of those emales, inside of those touch points.
