How Much Apple Cider Vinegar Should You Consume?
The trouble with probiotics in apple cider vinegar is that first we have gazillions of probiotics in our intestines right now. Many scientists argue that unless you're taking a very large dose of probiotics, it may not really help improve our health. The current recommendation is to drop 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a tall glass of water and then sip this mixture once or twice a day before meals.
