Is the Flintstones Your Favorite Cartoon?

I never liked those shows where like the setting or time period is like an adjacent joke to the plot. That's certainly not Downton Abbey. The answer is no. I mean, if it's like a cool like sword and sandal movie, but I wouldn't watch a sword and Sandal movie. Like an old gangster movie like the Al Capone era or prohibition and stuff. Current like sitcoms should just be. about the situation and the relationships or whatever. Not like, hey, we got to throw in a zoot suit joke because this is a prohibition era. So what's the line then? Current times.
