The Importance of Meditating

I think when you question things philosophically, there was a period in mid school where I went through its deeply, deeply depressed mood for a long while. It's always about finding that perfect balance. Well, I often used music as that as that guide to sort of that meditative practice for me - and yeah, meditating as well. But it's something that deeply enjoy. We haven't talked about this in philosophy is applied ethics.
