The Importance of Small Victories in Design

A lot of designers, I think, are recognizing what a big problem it is that they're not getting hurt by their organizations. You have to focus on small victories and think about the people you work most closely with across other disciplines. Start turning them into an evangelist; then you work your way out from there. It's an easy scapegoat when design is new.
