i get the sense, like you have mentioned, that people are a bit suspicious of curiosity. So if you distinguish being curious from the usual business of getting things done, it's no wonder curiosity fails to take cultural root. And so we see when we're trying to help organization see curiosity as a foundational leadership and organizational strength - calling that change maker curiosity.
