Wedding Catering Triumphs and Disasters
It's an adrenaline rush, literally, you know, to see your food getting wiped out. It makes me want to do it over again even though my back hurts and there's a lot of dishes to be done. You can't control feeling your chest of, well, we did that. We made them say those things without even asking. They're just talking amongst themselves and saying how wonderful it is. I feel it ends too quickly for the amount of planning. There's not another disaster until there's another disaster.
