Solar Power in Space

There's a lot of icy moons and asteroids deep out in space with kilometers thick ice sheets. Europe has long been suspected of having sub surface oceans deep below the ice. It is also likely there are caverns and lava tube systems in any number of asteroids, icy moons and cipe bout objects. These are far more easily shored up in low gravity, potentially with ice or some concrete equivalent. We might figure out we also might get weighed better at drilling cavorns or simply melting them.
