Is the War for Talent Just Not Ending?

Is the so called war for talent just never ending? And will it just be with us for the next ten or 15 years? I think what's going on is more subtle, and it's really about deep mismatches, skillsmitch matches, and then geographic miss matches. The velocity with which things are happening now makes it very, very difficult to sort of keep up. It means that human resource departments are having to be more creative than ever.
