You have a surge of insulin that stops lipolysis or the breakdown of fat in your body. With that insulin comes a crash. Now that spike in crash actually can cause people to feel really irritable. They are going to have an increase in cravings and inability to concentrate. It's all affected by the quantity of healthy proteins and fats that are on our plate.
