I'm Scared of Telling the Story

There are so many ingrained behaviors in mission critical teams, and most of them pertain to we don't talk about it. I would say most of us that do this kind of work of one form or another, at least part of our water is that we're scared to look at it because we don't know what to do with it when it happens. Even saying that out loud, man, I am hot. I feel this like heat and this pressure and this tension of even saying that."
