The Rise of the Conservative Legal Society

There are examples of this happening in the past on the right mostly with religion actually mostly with religious groups. The federal society to large that came out of law and economics and law and economics was just like a bunch of experiments like colonizing the legal fieldYeah yeah so like micro level stuff right yeah um no macro level right i i do i do iDo i do i don't  do i do i have an idea or two about how we can make things easier for conservatives but it would require legislative change.
