Do You Copyright OGL 1.0? Is It a Screw Job?

The original open gaming license was amazing. And the new one is taking away your right to breathe in a particular direction. This argument is an argument that 1.0 was a screw job. It led you to believe that more stuff was covered than could possibly have been protected by wizards. In a way, good on them for overreaching because now everybody knows that this whole licensing thing is just nonsense.
