Anxiety and Depression

Every young person i know, everyone under 30 that i know, their anxiety levels are off the charts. I'm not sure that we shouldn't be taking it more seriously. There's there's the level of anxiety and depressive related mental health tht's either come out of the darkness and we're just talking about it more, or it's more profound.
