The OKR Is the Litmus Test of Your Agile Strategy
Execution is the litmus test of your strategy. If you can't execute on it, maybe you don't have the right strategy. It's entirely possible to do work that's prioritized that doesn't lead to value. That's just goal setting. That's not OKRs. So what we would do is say, look, we want to have a way to say that outputs are potentially helpful. Maybe you should go do that thing. But outcomes are wholly essential.
