Lilo and Nani are there to adopt a dog. They overheard Lilo really bonding a friend and wanting a friend. And she's like, what better friend. I'll give you a radioactive dog. So Stitch makes himself look more like a dog so that Lilo will adopt him. She loves him and she names him Stitch. "I'm just like, yeah, his name is clearly Stitch," he said.
