I'm in the college sector with a lot of division want athletes and what their training programs are. There's a lot of time fillers, right? Like basket ball, i don't think they need to do like, any at all extensive piles because that's essentially all basket ball is. And it's not that the specific exercise isn't provide much value, but you just usted four sets of five at 80 % on a back squat. That's probably the most potent las you're going to give them for the day. You don't need to go to reverse lunges and step ups and lateral lunges and all the stuff. No, ye, i couldn't agree more.
