Corporate Dominance of the Legal System

There's a change in alignment between Republicans starting to not like the progressive moves that are happening in corporate America, at least as they see it on certain issues. There's also quite a spectrum among corporations in how progressive they are. I don't know if that's affecting their legal practices, like forced arbitration.
