Is the Fed Full of Idiots?

There's just a wide range of opinions. Is the fed full of like, idiots? Or is it full of just these macavillian people who are trying to control the world? I was at the new york fed. It's much more post office than bank. You can think of it as basically a business that cann't fail, run by people who can't get fired.
