How to Make Theater of the Mind Combat Feel Exciting

I always prioritize having a picture of the monster because you guys are so agitated at all times. I like to have some paper clips in front of the DM screen when a new character comes on, and whenever a new character is introduced. Theater of the mind combat can be made more exciting by getting an orb that changes colors. If it's feeling like the battle is lagging, do a music change.
