It may just be distracting them from the pain, not reducing the pain itself. The opiates are really good at blocking the emotional effect of the pain. So that is neurological. It wouldn't surprise me if we find that it's actually not that they've got a pain medication and it may have some limited effect. I think the effect that seems to be fairly substantial in the literature is that it does help with nausea. It does help with anorexia. And so what is that? Right. That's the THC.
