We have typically thought of the Mar-a-Lago case as easier than the January 6th case because it's kind of legally cleaner. But is there reason to think that Smith might think about it the opposite way, that this is actually a hard case to try? The classified nature is the only real problem in that case. You don't have those evidentiary problems, I think in January 6th, but you have these sort of novel legal questions on what are the elements of those crimes which haven't really been charged yet.
