The Eighteenth Concentration Phase
When the concentration is trained, the mind also becomes calm because it's no longer subjected to chaos that we were putting it through before. Attention concentration is sharp, present, and cannot be distracted because it is completely controlled by us as a soul or as a consciousness. And then in the ninth phase is when the concentration is 100% focused, sharp, unwavering. That is what's traditionally called one-pointed mind. That is darana, concentration itself.
