Tara: I think the thing that creates the most capacity for me is my morning routine, which specifically includes a long walk or a long run. During that time, I am listening to podcasts and I'm learning things. And I know that might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it really fuels me both physically and mentally for the day ahead. "I find that that routine has really expanded my capacity, generally speaking," she said.
