The Effects of Stress on the Brain

i want to touch on what happens in terms if you are exposed to fear or stress from your environment, and how that can affect your behaviour. A little bit of stress can naturally be a positive thing in the brain. Some people are genetically predisposed to express higher amounts of this lovely chemical called b d an f angela than others. And it also acts as its almost like a compost for the brain, or this kind of e feeding manureas in the chemical form on the brain. An exercise, as i said earlier, is very good for the brain and for increasing this beady enf level. What exercise also does is that allows new nerve cells to be born in the hippocampus
