Why Did the Mobilization Go So Badly Wrong?

The stalled economic recovery was more to do with the flight of people who were afraid of being mobilized than the actual mobilization itself. One in four of all IT workers are out of the country now, says Mark Gatially. A lack of commitment to the conflict and therefore particularly on a local level people were basically not wanting to be bothered to spend too much time on it. This is a system which one way or another is finding more and more grit in the cog wheels of the state.
