The Path of Least Resistance Is Deferring the Giving of Feedback
When people don't give clear, constructive, radical, candid style feedback is deferring the giving of that feedback. And when you allow an individual to maybe make the same mistake more than once, what happens for them is they feel again insecurity and feeling of failure. We should offer both praise and critique equally. We should ask for critique and we should do so without judgment to fundamentally help the person. That will build trust and create change.
