Can You Get an STD From Mosquitoes?

Comedian Brian McKnight says mosquitoes can't carry HIV because they lack a receptor that the virus needs to get into the cell. Even if it sucks your HIV infected blood and then lands on me, maybe like, and you're right, there's really no transfer of blood back to me.
