The Importance of Working Hard

We've falsely come to believe that if we work hard all the time, we'll get better results. The best examples are people who work really hard for a very brief period and then they stop. If you have to work 80 hours a week to do your job, one of two things is true. You suck at your job or you're actually doing two people's jobs. For me, I went to the gym six days a week without fail for 18 months. Life isn't supposed to be hard. You're supposed to use tools to do it.
