There is no amount of caffeine that will help you at fatigue level five. You need to help yourself because you can't pour from an empty cup. We feed whatever we focus on. Even if nothing else comes from it, even if you don't do any of those actions in terms of finding a chance to walk around or get a drink of water, that awareness has huge payoffs.
