Spencer: One of the mistakes I see a lot of engineers doing is they'll go into it and say, Hey, I want to learn this. Let me what's the best book on sales? Because that's how they learned how to be a great programmer. You know, they read some stuff. Turns out that's actually a terrible way to learn sales. The best way you have to learn sales by going and doing it.
