Andy Cevallos: There's a whole bunch more that you can control than what you think. If i were in your situation and i was losing my job, i would look myself in the mirror and ask myself, what the fluck i did to create all this? That would be the first fuckind step that i would do. He says people don't like to do it because it's painful but necessary. "I'd make those adjustments and move the f*** forward," he says.
