Is There Room for Negotiation?
I do think it's important to have these conversations and to make things more transparent because of people who are scared. 53% of women feel that if we shared pay information, it would lead to a more equitable income. I'm pretty transparent with most things. And I know I encourage you to negotiateThings like we were trying to figure out how much you should price something. Oh, wow. Yeah. It could end up being lower than a lot of people are thinking. So they're less likely to apply for jobs because they don't think there's room for negotiation.
