i think everyone in that business looks ahead to the future, and they don't seethe piles of money. If you are an actor trying to get on a t b show, chances you probably are not represented by one of the big three talent agencies at this point. There's some botiques, like verve and couples others that can have high end clients, but they're not trying to be a full service agency. But at the big agency level, i still think there's no substitute.
