Women in Dentistry - Is There a Hierarchy?
There's still a lot of hierarchy in dentistry. There is Mass, yeah, massively. And that annoys the hell out of me because I just feel like you should treat everybody the same. You're not even sometimes, sometimes there'd be nurses that won't even talk to you. Or you use quite a lonely job as well,. especially now, which I do think is ridiculous - but dental nurses are not giving them that. It's something probably a bad day, don't get me wrong. We're all worked actually.
