The Importance of Connection in Deconstruction

The idea of deconstruction and reconstruction is something that's really important to me. As I've walked people through it and help them sort of process their deconstruction. The other reason why I started square one was because at the time, again, like three or four years ago, there was nothing out there as far as resources when it comes to deconstruction. And then in an intentional way helps people think through what Reconstruction might look like.
