What Is a Generous Listener?

Christa, listening seems to really be a lost art. In fact, i'm not sure that many people really listen at all any more. Howt how did this happen? How did we stop listening to each other? E, it's a muscle we don't exercise. You know, i think it's kind of a basic social art. But we've practised other social arts that have made us bad listeners.
