I get so excited when I catch myself running a pattern because it's almost like the sense of like anybody who's done any kind of mobility work or sort of facial release, you find that sore spot. And if I get to the root of that tension, then tomorrow I'm going to be able to do have your deadlift or I'll be able to run faster. You talk about being still in front of other people. When we're listening to someone else, we're actually listening more to our own thoughts, right? It's just part of the genuine human experience of us all learning and growing together with each other.
