The Kennedy Administration's Attempt to Overthrow Galar
Kennedy is trying to balance all of these forces and he doesn't overthrow Galar. He also changes it so that the central government of Brazil doesn't receive aid directly. The pinnacle of the establishment was had this as a profit center for a long time. And JFK is foolishly trying to satisfy the universal lust for industrialization and growth.
