The Importance of Balance in the Workplace
It's much more difficult to deal with these type of issues that people experience and create a balance in the workforce. And also it's harder to judge success for the same reason. If we could start to structure jobs around recognizing where people aren't so good, I also recognize them where they could be amazing. Once we open this up, we've got a great opportunity to start thinking how we can get the best out of people.
